JOIN ME IN MY TRAVELS IN THE WILD WEST

World 5
Now that World 5 has begun, I will try to establish a town and focus on raising its rank. I do hope that other players will join my town so that more people will help in raising the town funds. More funds means more cash to spend on construction. Quite simply, it will be a win-win solution.
If you're interested in joining the town that I shall soon be building, just send me a message in the game or post here in the comments section a message. By the way, my in-game name is "splice".

Duels In the Same Town
Top 5 Reasons Why I Play "The West"
- I get to know several "online" friends. Because of our town, I got to know some of my fellow countrymen and share a few stories with them every now and then. Of course, I also get to know players from other countries, especially in the forum boards of The West.
- The sheer pleasure of beating other players in a duel is simply priceless. I don't exactly know what it is that attracts me to bearding the lions of other towns with my Rusty Dagger, but I do know it gets my adrenaline pumping like mad. It feels good to bash other players with my weapon :)
- Paraphrasing Forrest Gump, The West is like a box of chocolates: you never know what you are going to get. In doing certain jobs, I don't know if I'll be able to get an item, a precious one at that which I can use for duels.
- The game quests. Once I'm able to complete a quest, I get pretty much excited with the rewards. I get some items every once in a while, a few experience points and some cash. Right now I still have a few more quests to finish as I am still unable to perform the jobs needed to complete the quests.
- And of course, the ranks. I must admit, getting up there in the ranks has been one of my first motivations for playing. But I decided to focus more on dueling and helping my town grow. It's the least I can do to make the character I use more worthy of my time. A high rank is just a bonus for me.

I Play "The West"
I've been playing The West these past few weeks. It's a game about the old west where towns are reminiscent of morticians earning a living from frequent duels, of bandits robbing banks and of people wearing boots and sporting guns on their sides.
With three worlds currently running, it's obvious enough to say that The West has already captured the attention of players from across the world. From Korea to Spain, just name it and this game probably has it.
Right now I have three characters, one for each world. I have an Adventurer for World 1, a Soldier (a Mercenary, to be precise) for World 2, and a Dueler for World 3. I'm spending most of my attention to my soldier in world 2 because I intended it for dueling. It's skills are distributed to the skills most needed for dueling other players. I have 26 wins and 0 losses as we speak, and my rank in dueling is just within the top 50. Quite good, I think. But not good enough. I know I still have a long way to go.
I'm currently searching for better weapons, headgears, shoes and other stuff which I need for dueling. Although I have a Gray Bowler Hat and a Brown Cap, I'm dying to have a Fancy Cap.
So I guess I just have to work and work some more for cash and, hopefully, for a Fancy Cap.
